As a Regional Sales Manager, the role is entrepreneurial at its heart. You will be responsible for developing the market for us from scratch and have all the freedom and support an entrepreneur has. You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base within your region.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Prepare forecasts, reports, and profit analyses
Work on marketing, sales strategies and more small company needs
Qualifications
5+ years selling electronic components
Experience collaborating with engineers on designs
Multi-country direct sales background
Willing to travel 30–40% (including overnights)
Experience in medical, consumer, industrial, security, IoT, or agriculture markets
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Distribution or rep-firm experience is a big plus
