Challenge Unveils Low Profile Electromagnetic Buzzers 5V and 12V Devices Available in a 5 mm Package

Deer Park, NY – Challenge Electronics, Inc. today introduced a new series of electromagnetic buzzers that provide optimum sound output in a very low profile, compact part.

The CEB09B05-2.7 and CEB0B12-2.7 are 5V and 12V devices that are just 9 x 5 (mm) in size and 2 grams in weight. Standard devices of this type are 12 x 7.5 (mm). They operate at a resonant frequency of 2.7 KHz within an operating temperature range of –25° to +70° C. Both parts are ideally suited for instruments, equipment and other electronics built for medical, security and gaming industries.
